I bought them to make temporary and inexpensive "shelves" in my rental, both in the kitchen and under the sink. Very easy to install and if you tighten them enough they hold up pretty well with enough weight. It took me a few tries to get them tight enough to get the finish I wanted, but that's more of an issue for me than a problem with the product. Well suited for placement under the sink as it is easy to place plumbing under the sink. Pretty versatile, if you buy a few packs you can place them as close or as far apart as you like, according to your needs of course. You can see in one of my photos they can support the weight of several towels and a bin full of baby wipes. I've only had them installed for a few days so can't comment on their durability but for my temporary shelving purposes they are perfect for the moment. They're likely to carry even more weight in places where the surfaces you hang them from aren't very smooth, like my laminate cabinets (think narrow cabinet lines on painted/textured walls), since the really smooth laminate makes them easier to move power. Overall very happy with these.
