Review on Inov-8 Women's Flite 245 Cross Trainer Shoes: Athletic Footwear for Men by Zachary Cha

Lightweight and comfortable, but ONE SIZE UP.

I love the Innov8 F-Lite 245 cross trainer. FYI I have a high arch, narrow heel and wide toes. I often have a hard time finding shoes that fit well, but I've been lucky with the Innov8 brand. They're made of mesh that's both lightweight and breathable. They have a nice wide toe that allows the toes to move freely. I can tie the laces tight enough to provide arch and midfoot support. The heel sits nice and high and doesn't let my narrow heel slip. Functionally they are great. I use them at the gym for cross training and weightlifting and their flat sole makes them very stable. Although they are light, they offer enough support that my feet don't fall inwards. The description says you can walk in it, but I wouldn't recommend it. I tried them on a treadmill and they just don't offer enough cushioning. I wish I could only take one pair of shoes to the gym, but I still need a pair of special running shoes. My biggest suggestion with these shoes is to order a size up. I almost always wear size 7.5-8 shoes and have learned to order size 8.5 at Innov8 otherwise the toe would be too short. I am very happy with these Innov8 F-Lite 245 cross trainer shoes and will continue to enjoy them. at the gym.
