After trying this protein powder I can say that it works. Breakfast at 08:30 and lunch was not ready until 14:00. The amount of protein released over time is as described in the product. It mixes well with an oat-based drink, although it will settle. down if not drunk fairly quickly. It's not a heavy or "creamy" protein drink and has a much lighter consistency than anything I've ever used. Not wrong, just different. really different. Also, the price is much higher than any of the "regular" protein powders I use when I switch and use several to change up the flavor and texture. The taste of this vanilla iteration product is not an extremely "vanilla" flavored product in my opinion. The taste is good, but rather bland for my taste. Later I'll add some maple syrup and maybe banana to add some flavor. I hope this will be useful for someone.
