So, my box says the containers are 37 ounces but there are 40 containers and 40 lids like there should be. They say they’re freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe. I’ve only used them for fresh foods so far but they’re really nice. They hold a lot of food and the lids fasten superbly. They make a lot of noise when you put them on, but you can lift the containers by the lids and they stay intact even with heavy contents. Now, if you use them for messy foods the grooves might be a pain to clean but they’re a firm, shiny plastic so maybe not. Either way, I am a fan. They’re going to be nice to have for lunches or for sending home leftovers with dinner guests. They’re great!
