Not very good - Running

Too bad they sit so weird because they are light and fit well on the feet. But the design of the sole and the material from which it is made make walking uncomfortable. Even if you walk or run on the balls of your feet or closer to your toes, these shoes force your ankles to bend inward. Whether walking or standing on the whole foot, they are unbearable. You must bend your ankles outward for stability or comfort. I'm not sure "cross country skiers" should feel like this. But it is very cumbersome and inconvenient.
