These shoes are well made and offer good cushioning and support. Quality at the level of clogs from well-known brands. The shark design is cool, but I didn't notice the fins sticking out from under the heels. Our grandson loves shoes but had a hard time walking with his fins sticking out. We had to cut the fins from the back heels. When we did this, our grandson could walk much better. I would recommend these shoes but be prepared to clip the heel fins if your child has trouble walking.
