I used the same brand and design case for my iPad Pro that I bought in 2017 and it was great and durable. However, the one I bought for my 4th gen iPad Pro 12.9 inch wasn't as impressive. My complaint is that the magnets on the valve are VERY weak. The rest of the landing is fine. The iPad itself has little wiggle room. The iPad sits tight but well in a simple, thin case. However, if you have a case with an Apple Pencil holder that extends the width of the case, the flap will not stay in place due to the weak magnets. Unfortunately, this case does not work well with the Magic Keyboard. The iPad and keyboard fit, but the lid won't stay closed due to weak magnets. I can add a small velcro tab to fix this.
