Review on 🎧 Renewed Plantronics Voyager 3200 Bluetooth Earpiece - Diamond Black, Compatible with iPhone and iPad by Larry Breeze

Wow, great product! I'm very picky about BT headsets because I wear them every working day. The comfort of this Voyager 3200 is above average. I use a small inner ear gel and earhook - its tight volume is very good and clear and doesn't hurt my ear. The real test to that score is worn 10 hours a day! But my ONLY downside so far is that the headset play/pause controls don't control or force the phone's player to respond. This is important as I am often out of sight/not touching my phone but need pause/play/track controls. When I press the main page button. sound, but the music never stops. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy J3 phone - Android V8 I think. My cheap Chinese BT manages to have this control, so it frustrates him that Plantronics doesn't. Can this device be defective?
