I have oily/combination skin and was looking for a waterproof liquid eyeliner that lasts for hours and doesn't smear. I've tried many waterproof liquid eyeliners from big brands like Kat Von D, MAC, Stilla to drugstore brands like Loreal, Maybelline, NYX. However, none of them helped me, leaving "raccoon" smudged eyes after a few hours. I finally discovered the waterproof liquid eyeliner Milani Infinite and it really is the best in terms of staying power! Not a single "raccoon" blurred their eyes at the end of the day. You need an oil-based makeup remover. At the tip of the brush is a thin applicator (no sponge or silicone) which may require some skill to apply the winged cat eye effect. If you have oily/combination skin like me and are looking for a waterproof liquid eyeliner that lasts all day, give it a try, I highly recommend it! This is my holy grail, THE BEST WATER RESISTANT LIQUID EYELINER in my opinion!
