Terrible device on TV and video

Device keeps losing Wi-Fi signal. The QR portion scans but does not connect properly. Tried the device on Android and iPad Pro 12 and the device didn't work. The device allows you to connect, but once you connect, the Wi-Fi connection is disconnected. The only good thing is the picture quality.
