Only one lapel. Yes it is clearly visible in the picture but I somehow missed it and I'm sure someone else will see it too. And it's MUCH more noticeable LIVE. Serious? I didn't know we were doing this now. Anyway the fit and quality was good which is why I am giving 5 stars as this is a product review not my opinion.
