This stuff really works. I noticed my teeth were a bit whiter after the first brushing, after a few days I definitely noticed a change, and so did some of my family members! Comes with a small spoon to pour the powder onto the brush. but I would not recommend it. Powder falls everywhere and little is left on the brush. Instead, grab a spoon and pour it into your mouth and use your wet toothbrush to go to your teeth lol. Warning about it is like putting cinnamon in your mouth, very dry and like chalk. Remember to pour it near your teeth and not on your tongue before brushing. If you're worried about the taste don't worry it's delicious lol but it tastes good and your mouth is clean afterwards. As a new way of cleaning, it makes your breath neutral for hours, no more bad breath and that's a big bonus! I'm addicted and will never buy toothpaste again!
