First, the packaging is secure and very pretty. The box they came in is like a small storage box with a drawer. The balls are durable and very easy to use. I wanted to put aside writing a review and use them for a few months and I am proud to say that they are fantastic. As with any glass, I advise you to be careful. But I don't think they are cheaply made. I don't treat them ruthlessly either. When I use them, I lie down, put a towel under my head and relax while following the directions for use. They reduced the inflammation from swollen eyes and facial skin due to a food allergic reaction I had and relieved the itching. They helped when I had a stress headache. I recommend this brand to anyone who wants to try it.
