Overall, this is my favorite styling tool I've ever owned. At age 58, that means something. Pros: - This is a very well thought out, high quality product for the money. - Comes with almost every accessory you can think of. Curls to make you look more natural. - The packaging makes it easy to store and carry. - You have to press and HOLD to turn the heat on and off, so it's not possible to do this accidentally. - The temperature indicator will flash blue when the heater is off to let you know it hasn't been left on (or you can just turn it off). Cons: - The first one I ordered didn't come with it. The nozzles should be tight and rotate to lock. It doesn't rotate. Don't they test them before shipping? - In less than 2 months, the ceramic coating on my favorite tip began to peel off. I don't know why this is happening, but I'm not happy. Although you have to hold down to turn the heater on and off, I still managed to turn it off during use. The button is very easy to accidentally press - That's probably true of all heat resistant gloves, but my hair slips out easily. So when I loosen the grip, the part I'm trying to wrap around the clipless attachments loosens. I plan to find some grippy silicone material and tape it to my index finger and thumb. I think this will help keep the hair from slipping.
