These are goggles for a young child. The middle section is adjustable and the shoulder straps are easily adjustable. The districts are so easy to adjust that after a few uses they loosen and you have to tighten them. This is the only pair of glasses I've ever had to do this for my child. That being said, the inconvenience of having to keep tightening them is worth the pleasure he gets from these goggles because he loves sharks, has chosen them himself and is proud of them. As long as these glasses are thick enough, water won't get in, which is very important for a child just learning to swim. I gave this four stars because after every swim my son swims they get weaker and I have to tighten them. Otherwise I would give five
