When Covid hit back in March my girlfriend and I had to move from our office to a house. She works remotely from her laptop at home and connects to her computer at the office. We've found that Remote Desktop rearranges windows every time you disconnect or reconnect to the remote PC. A large monitor solved that problem, and it's great for their daily office needs as well as chores around the house. one for work and one for personal life. I have a Tripplite B004-DP2UA2-K KVM (IOGear GCS62DP is the same and cheaper, buy it) to switch two DisplayPort signals at 100Hz and it works. I play it daily and all my remote servers work with no issues. With high resolution and big screen, having half a dozen remote sessions and keeping them all on one screen works really well. strange flickering in the lower left corner. It came and went, but wasn't a big problem until it went away. The weird flickering was getting more frequent and annoying, so I called support. After 2 days I changed monitors and the bad one was sent back. There were no problems at all with tech support, they downloaded it.
