Good value for money, saved me a headache

It's so stupid to say but it really changed my game. I've had tension headaches almost every day for years, but since I've been wearing a face mask at night I haven't had one. I'm sure any brand of mouthguard would work, but I like that they're cheap and from a well-known brand. holes that are too thin and formed quickly as a result of teeth grinding. It's up to me! I managed to cast the second one on the first try so the plastic stayed thick. The second one I've been using for about 3 months now and it's just started to develop nicks in the two parts where my teeth rub against each other the most. That's why I deducted 1 star. I'll wear it until there are holes in it and then I'll buy another pack. The only other issue I had was one side of my jaw clicking when I moved my chin forward after wearing a mouth guard for a while (ie in the middle of the night or when I first woke up). I'm pretty sure this is either user error in molding or just a side effect of wearing a mouthguard. It goes away pretty quickly and it doesn't hurt, so no harm. Finally, I'm an adult with large teeth and a fairly wide bite, and these fit very well despite being a "youth" size. I clean my mouthguard with water every day and then use my toothbrush and toothpaste to gently brush it every few days to keep it clean. They don't come with a storage box, so I keep mine in a small utility box by the bed.
