This backpack is incredibly durable and comfortable to wear. I've used it on both my school internships and when traveling and no matter how much I've invested in it, it doesn't hurt at all to wear. Every other backpack I've tried has had straps that cut into my shoulders or I can feel everything in the backpack on my back and it just hurts. It's totally different and it's such a high quality product. The front compartment is insulated so you can put something cold or hot inside (it's not the best, but if you need something that stays cold or hot for an hour or two it's fine) for lunch or a snack. It also has a compartment where you can easily store pens, pencils, accessories, etc. The back compartment has a padded compartment for a laptop or iPad, and there's a zipped pocket for your phone at the top rear, making it incredibly practical. easy to find and reach (it's also lined with soft fabric so you don't have to worry about scratching your phone or iPod). It has more than enough space for at least three textbooks and a couple of notebooks, so while it looks small, you can pack so much.
