Works great when downloading drivers from Mediatek chipset manufacturer. http://www.mediatek.com/en/downloads1/downloads/usb/ This is RT357X or RT3573. The latest driver was released in February 2015. The TPlink website has a very old version and refuses to install on Windows 10 at all. The newer one from mediatek installed and works fine on Windows 10.
