Bought for my 11 year old. Out of the box the guards were larger than they should be, but based on some other reviews I decided not to trim them down. I followed the modeling instructions, but after heating in hot water the guard shrank significantly, not even reaching the back back molars. The shape also changed so much that I had to convert it to a U-shape to cast around the teeth. We had to try molding multiple times to get a decent fit and coverage. I'm not sure if this will help much with bruxism at night.
