Fairly good comfort and support. Especially considering the price. Sometimes the wheels don't want to spin that easily, but that doesn't matter since I'm not just trying to ride in a chair. The pillow is comfortable, as is the lining, given that it's just a single layer of mesh. I like this feature of the chair back because it keeps me warm. Bought 2 chairs. The first was a nightmare to put together. Barely lined it up and had to literally push my 12 year old while pulling so I could get the screws in. It took me over an hour in a chair. The second one wasn't bad at all compared to this one, but the detailing could have matched the holes a bit better. Slightly longer screws would also make this a lot easier. Would buy again but if I had major problems I would exchange it.
