This is the second time I buy a phone from Amazon Renew or something. Things didn't go very well the first time, but then they realized they made a mistake and quickly sent me the money back, and I stopped there. I love Amazon and many other things I've bought from them have been great. Even the small table I bought was scratched but I let it go. So I'll return the phone and tell you why. They want to say they opened the phone but it's not there! I had to take my iPad or computer and write down what was in the box. I can't believe they made it! Be careful! You may have a broken phone or a good phone. You may get a refund and they may try to cheat and not give you the winnings. With these people, it's Russian roulette.
