Fluid retention aid for fractured ankles

I broke my ankle and during the healing process I had fluid retention. They are dense enough that most of the fluid does not collect in the foot and ankle during work. Good thing I didn't get 30-40 mmHg. Art., they would be too tight and it would be impossible to wear them every day. I wear them during the day and sleep with my foot over my heart every night, the amount of fluid retained seems to decrease every day. The doctor said it will take 6 months, I think I will be done with the liquid in 3. I bought a pair so I always have 1 clean. I wish they were black at the bottom, dress pants show grey.
