This device does not support MPPT. Maybe it helps, I don't know. What I do know is that if you have to manually adjust the MPP voltage, it's not MPPT! (Tracking the maximum power point implies that this happens automatically). Other than that, it seems to work fine but lacks the AMP limiter. As such, it cannot be used in its pure form and requires dedicated charging circuitry.
