There are 4 main reasons why I regret buying this bag: 1. The canvas fabric of the bag does not have the finish/gloss as shown in the photo. Since the design I purchased was a Navy Spirit Desert, the off-white background will likely show some dirt. 2. Lining is thin and flimsy - I doubt it's polyester (which is what's listed). 3. The bottom zipper on the front does not open fully. 4. The shoulder strap material feels fragile. I wonder if this was a genuine Sakroots product: there was no bird symbol on the front label. Although the price I paid was low - $30 - the bag I received wasn't even worth that. I won't get it back because of the hassle. I will only learn from this experience.
