First, first, the instructions suck. But if you have a little mechanical skill, you can figure everything out easily. The quality of the tool, mandrels and rivet nuts is very good for the price. You will also receive a large number of rivet nuts. You DO NOT need to fully engage the handles to install the rivet nut as this will slow down the mandrels. If you are looking for a rivet nut tool that you can use day in and day out for years to come. This probably isn't for you, but if you like me and use it once or twice a week, this is a good choice.
