I bought this mouse because MS makes high quality stuff and I was sure this product would not disappoint. The quality seems good and the Bluetooth connections are flawless. However, the design requires work. First, it's too thin. I understand it's being sold as a portable mouse, so the "thinness" was intentional, but it's too thin and the thumb is having a hard time finding a place to rest. A little more thickness and perhaps a rounder thumb area would have been better. Also, for some reason, there is a groove around the mouse. This groove is uncomfortable and I see no reason for it. Turns out it's not a smooth, uncomfortable surface. I believe this is indeed a design flaw. I cannot give this mouse more than 2 stars due to the lack of comfort and poor design.
