I am very happy with this purchase. I currently work from home and needed a hub that would allow for multiple monitors as well as plenty of USB 3.0 ports. Finding a hub that can do all of this and doesn't connect via USB-C is harder than you might think. I have had absolutely no issues with this device and its construction seems to last a long time.
