I ordered 16.5 x 34 and got the shirt marked L, 34/35. My neck is 16.5. This shirt fitted well. When I pull the collar it's tight but not uncomfortable. Sleeve length is good. The chest is big enough but not tented (my chest is 42 and I have a typical middle-aged belly). The kit included small black plastic bolts which I replaced with my own. You can use buttons or links on the cuffs. I have nothing to complain about in terms of size and workmanship.
