Review on Hands Free Cancelling Headphone Mircrophone Softphone by David Tadder

Update to last update: Muting is still a problem, but now it's even worse. The very first one I bought was amazing. Looks like I'll have to try another brand. Update: I bought a second pair and the second order is slightly different from the last pair. The new ones didn't have a mute button, it worked all the time. I've been embarrassed so many times to think that mute works. I would give this one 5 stars but I just found out that it only plays on the right side of the speaker. My work requires me to listen to phone calls, and they play through both the left and right speakers. I can only hear one side of the conversation and I can't balance the speaker on the headset.
