Hands Free Cancelling Headphone Mircrophone Softphone Review

This is a great product. My old desktop mic picked up ALL the background noise, but I didn't buy a headset because I didn't want anything bulky. This fit the bill. Now I can speak without the people on the other end of the line knowing everything that's happening in my house. It was also just plug and play, which was helpful as I usually had to leave things to my significant other to set up.

I work from home in a call center with my laptop. This headset is perfect to wear for most of the day. The mic is easy to adjust to sit exactly where I want it and I haven't had a customer complain about not being able to hear me. With my previous headset, customers always complained that they couldn't hear me. The volume and answer/hang-up buttons on the headset are a bonus. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Bought this headset for my wife. She's a gamer and all she needs is a pair of headphones and a USB connection. This headset really lives up to the ticket. Great sound and on-cord audio control. Great buy for the price. Update: After a few days of use when speaking into the mic, there was a lot of noise. It was found that the cable on the headset was partially shorting out the microphone, causing noise. To keep things simple I just bought an MPOW headset that works great.

Update to last update: Muting is still a problem, but now it's even worse. The very first one I bought was amazing. Looks like I'll have to try another brand. Update: I bought a second pair and the second order is slightly different from the last pair. The new ones didn't have a mute button, it worked all the time. I've been embarrassed so many times to think that mute works. I would give this one 5 stars but I just found out that it only plays on the right side of the speaker. My work requires
