TL/DR is not a very reliable product. I was in dire need of a headset for my work as my good wireless headset was sitting on my desk in the office collecting dust. I honestly chose this product because it was the cheapest I could find on Revain. When I got it I pocketed it, contacted a buddy in a meeting to try it out and nothing. I heard a small crack, but that was it. I couldn't hear my friend and he couldn't hear me. I've been playing around with it and trying to get it to work on PC. Made sure it's on, not muted, drivers, audio settings, but that didn't work. Then I tried it on another PC and the same thing. I decided to replace it with the same product thinking it was probably just bad. It happens. I made a return (very easy) and received a brand new headset. I plugged it in and it's great. It sounded good, the controls worked. I would have been perfectly happy and left a great review, but that feeling didn't last long. It took two days to be exact. If I then wiggled the cord a little, it cut so I couldn't hear or be heard, and I even ended a phone call with myself once. Bad product.
