Perfect for my lymphedema

I was looking for something that could mimic physical therapy/manual lymphatic massage and this video is as close to perfection as I could find. Rolls easily, won't get stuck when rolling. The roller is light and the foam is soft but not so soft that it breaks easily. I can roll it over my legs very easily with little pressure and it works great.😊
