I don't know what to say. He definitely drives cats. I can splash water on my cat all day and he'll just give me the wrong look and keep acting naughty, but suggest that bad boy or whatever you don't want them to bother with and they...get it real quick . I've also stepped on it while it's on and it's no worse than static electricity so don't worry about it damaging them.
