Review on LuxHaus Moka Pot 6 Cup by John Koch

Food grade stainless steel construction, wedge-free top and spring for easy grounds basket removal. What I do not like? I don't do aluminum so any Moka aluminum pots don't work for me. Many stainless steel parts are tapered towards the top, making it very difficult to see what's going on inside the pot while cooking. It's not like this. Some are of borderline quality with thin stainless steel. This one has a great thickness and excellent quality. This is the moka pot I've been looking for. I am ordering a second one for use in the country. I would order a few more to replace in 20 years when they wear out, but I do NOT think they will wear out in my lifetime.
