For a very cheap phone this is a good performance. It's wall mountable, has decent sound quality, and a tactile keyboard. It also has caller ID and a (small) memory space for saved numbers. But it also has some features: (1) When answering an incoming call, it's not enough just to pick up the handset - you also need to press the TALK button. Otherwise it just keeps calling. (2) The phone is called "Handset 1" - you cannot change this even if there are no other handsets. (3) When a call comes in, it will appear in the missed calls list even if you answer it! (4) No hands-free function. (5) The paper manual that comes with the phone is so short as to be useless. Luckily, you can download the full version, which is really useful. Conclusion: This is a phone, it works and it is good value.
