Review on Jaybird Freedom F5 Black Special Edition: Premium Wireless In-Ear Headphones by Jackie Smith

Bought these headphones for my boyfriend to use while working out at the gym. They've been causing us problems since day one. First, they don't sync properly with the right phone. I also have a few of these at Best Buy and they keep disconnecting from each other's Bluetooth. So if one of us uses headphones, the other is out of luck. And yes, I tried the Jay pairing system and to my surprise it doesn't work either. The second problem with these headphones is that they never hold a charge! We unplugged the earbuds (knowing they were fully charged) and drove to the gym for 10 minutes only to have them say "40% battery," right? This is a terrible product and I will never buy from this company again because I feel like I have some sort of plagiarism with a Jay sticker on the buds. I'd love to return them, but unfortunately I've been trying to use them for too long and now we're suffering from horribly working (or should I say non-working) electronics.
