Very soft and pretty
I didn't notice the cuffed sleeves, I do not like them, but not the sellers fault. The problem is the size, not up to par with any other size 3X. I am not a big, fat lady, but I do have a large frame and there was no way this was even a 2X. The reviews said go larger, but it still was not enough. Instead of getting upset, I gave it to my daughter in law and she loves it.
- Grand daughter loves it. She's 17 and wears it even on warm Cali spring days
- The jacket lacks practicality, as it is not warm enough for cold weather and not lightweight enough for warmer climates
