Exactly like in the photo. What did I expect?
I ordered a small for my 10 lb cat. It was very difficult to put her down (two jobs), there was almost no space for her neck and she ran away, just ran away as soon as we put her on. If you have a lazy cat this might work for you but my cat easily managed to take it off on her own.
