Terrible when turned on it connects for 5 seconds then turns off. Sometimes it just won't turn on. The mute button should not be in the earpiece. Should have been like the original. I went ahead and asked for a replacement to see if it was the right one, but my hopes are not high. Update: The replacement is connected but the sound quality is terrible. Kinect has the best sound quality. Returned.
