I love these things! I've always used sponges in the kitchen to wash dishes, clean countertops and so on, but when I visit my daughter she goes nuts because I use these "germ-infested" sponges. I found them and tried them in their kitchen first. I brought the package home and love them. If I'm lucky, the sponge can last a week before falling apart, but these washcloths last a long time and can even be thrown in the washing machine. The rough side can be used to wash off dried food and the soft side can be used to wipe down the stove or counter. I still have sponges for cleaning walls, floors or whatever, but these microfiber washcloths are by far my favorite!
