I use these on my upholstered furniture because I have 3 cats with claws. You don't like them! I love her. The furniture in my living room is over 30 years old and without Sticky Paws I would have had to replace it. I'll admit the cats have done so much damage over time that these sheets serve the added purpose of holding the pads together in places. It's not like they scratched those sheets, but sometimes someone gets ripped off - stuck to a leg or a Christmas present - and goes unnoticed for a long time. They need to be replaced from time to time because the cat's fur gets them, or they get combed and stick to themselves. Being transparent, they don't stand out too much even in very visible places on furniture.
