Firstly I use mine with air not water. Many reviewers say you don't have to bring in a lot of air because the pressure of sitting moves the air and the pockets equalize. Outside. That's true, but it's not necessarily the most convenient configuration. For me the most comfortable configuration was to inflate it until all the pockets were slightly inflated, not over but not over. If you can press on one of the "pillows" with your finger and it makes a dent, then it is not sufficiently filled. You need enough pressure so it doesn't get pushed in with your finger, plus a little. Adjusted correctly, it definitely increases your endurance while driving. I have this in the seat of my 2018 Indian Scout. My wife has an Indian passenger travel seat. Before I have it, your *ss will outlive my *ss. Now it's the other way around. I rarely feel the need to stop and rest my buttocks. I think it might be a small leak. If so, it's very light and I've never had to pump it up again during a ride (and I rode all day). However, when I ride my bike again after a day or two, it sometimes seems to have lost some of the pressure. As long as it doesn't get worse, I don't care. It was a third of the price for the same type of gasket from a "famous brand" so I'm not worried about that. Get one!
