Size range in ad copy not accurate

I ordered the navy in a size Large. The ad copy stated a range of 22.8"-23.6" for the Large. I measure 23.3 inches. This hat was at least at the very top of that range and likely larger. Considerably looser than I would prefer. Otherwise, I like the hat and it is decent quality for the price. I would exchange it for the smaller size but I'm afraid that would be hugely smaller since they're trying to do a unisex size thing.

Very nice high quality hat. Super impressed.

Cons

The hat is out of square. It was shipped in a bag. I received it flat in the bag.
