These are NOT high waisted. A high waisted measurement should be from top to bottom and back up to the top in the back ranging in 27" - 32". These are only 22". The rise on the Medium is only 7". These are BRIEFS.It is not a full 2" waistband either. While they are soft and fit comfortably, they absolutely show a muffin top, because the top of the panty sits right under the mama pooch. There is still a full 4 inches to go before it reaches my belly button.If you want a black, cotton BRIEF - these are great. If you actually want high-waisted, forgetaboutit.
