I bought this in bronze to hang on my kitchen cabinet door so I have space next to the oven to hang kitchen towels. First you need to remove the screws from the bar, then place the bar on the stand and tighten with the screws you just removed. The screws were tight but manageable. I had the first two strips, but the third had problems. The screws were very tight and I ended up sticking the screwdriver in my palm, did it ever hurt. So I gave it to my husband, he couldn't get it out, so he took it to the garage and used his power tools, that screw must have been welded in, he couldn't get it out. an exchange for Revain but when I clicked on the exchange there was no towel rail listed and the seller's customer service was unhelpful. All I needed was the last bar with screws. It's a hassle to repackage and ship, and then you have to find another one, and it has to be less than 18 inches wide. So my husband insisted I send it back, I'm tired of looking for the right size frame so I use two strips instead of three. Now I will be careful with the products of this company.
