Let's face it. Containers are great for making your counters look nicer or less cluttered. However, the best thing about them is that they are easier to seal and they don't stale the stuff you paid good money for or whatever! Now you can just better roll that cereal bag and maybe attach a clip to it. can be put in a simple zippered pocket. but no one has time for that! We want simple and easy! We want to get what we want out of the container, and mostly RIP IT. We don't want to roll anything, we don't want to cut anything, but more, so we don't want to make anything that requires both hands, because using both hands is just crazy and time consuming and let's face it, it's too much work for most kids just as lazy as me . Well these containers solve that problem better than anything I've found! You can open and close this absolutely airtight container with one finger. No lies I swear! I can open it, take out what I need with my other hand, and then close it again with one finger. I don't know of any other container faster or easier than this one. Are they a little expensive? You could say that, but you could pause and think, will they really do what they're supposed to and prevent it from getting worse, better than other containers? I say yes. This saves you money in the long run compared to cheaper alternatives. I've had other containers with a latch on top, one with 4 clips and a few others but some of the lids didn't go back properly. How this happens is still a mystery, but after a few weeks of using these wonderful containers, the lids kept closing properly. That's great! Can I recommend them with all of the above? Yes I would and I have several times. This is a great purchase. Oh, and one more note: I filled them with water and held them upside down and not a drop came out, so yes, they are indeed waterproof.
