Update:Armrest has already torn at the stitching and it hasn’t even been a week. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!It gets 1 star because it’s required for a review. This is truly a junk chair.****Seat doesn’t adjust up or down. The pillow head rest ends up in the middle of your back and I’m not a tall person by any means. It’s very uncomfortable. The massage feature is just a vibrator. Biggest issue is that the chair doesn’t adjust up and down. You have to be tall or have a very short desk to sit comfortably and even then because of the pillow being in the middle of your back it’s not comfortable at all. The armrests came mislabeled which wasn’t an issue for me but for others it could be very frustrating.For a $300 gaming chair this is very disappointing.There’s nothing nice or comfortable about this very junior sized chair.
