I've been using Crest Whitening Strips for years but every time I do it my teeth get sensitive for a few days so I can't use them all the time so never see a big difference. It was more of a simple maintenance. I have been able to use them daily with no sensitivity and I can see my teeth getting whiter. I love her! They are similar to Crest. They might not be as sticky as Crest, but they're the same size and packaged the same way, making them super easy to use. The cost is a fraction of the Crest brand and I can pretty much always use it.
