I bought a USB 3.0 smart card reader, ROCKETEK, to read my SIM cards in Windows 10 via a USB 3.0 port. The first thing to pay attention to is the SIM card. A card adapter is required for the already purchased Nano-SIM card. Second, the instructions for downloading the card reader driver that came with the product are not accurate. Testing: I tried two SIM variants, nano SIM with adapter and normal SIM (without adapter) and four SIMs. Results: The only card that remotely appeared to have once stored data was a regular SIM card, showing ICCID#, SIM type, possible phone book, and call history. Nano SIMs, one Nano showed "Cannot read ICCID" and the other Nano showed ICCID #. The card reader worked with Micro SD and SD cards that did not require a ROCKETEK driver to read files.
